ITMIX Digital Foundry sells digital botanical asset packs only. We do not sell physical goods. There is nothing to ship back.

This policy covers: • Botanical and other digital asset packs (PNG / zip downloads) • Custom web apps and website production • Digital movies, series, and other video titles
1. Custom digital asset packs (including Custom Botany Pack)
Made after payment from your brief or plant family.
• Full refund if you cancel before production starts, within 24 hours of purchase. • No refund after production has started, except as below. • If we do not deliver within the stated time (24 hours for a standard 10-file pack), you get the pack or a full refund. • Corrupt, incomplete, or clearly wrong files: one free regeneration. If we still cannot deliver a usable pack, full refund.
2. Ready-made downloadable packs
• Refund within 14 days if the files have not been downloaded. • After download: no refund for change of mind. • Faulty or unusable files we caused: replacement or refund.
3. Web apps and website production
These are custom services, not instant downloads.
• Written quote and scope come before work starts. • Deposit / first milestone is non-refundable once work has started, unless we cancel or fail to start within the agreed time. • If you cancel after work has started, you pay for work already done; unused prepaid hours or unused later milestones are refunded. • If we miss an agreed delivery date by more than 14 days with no agreed new date, you may cancel and receive a refund of amounts paid for work not delivered. • After you accept a milestone or the finished site/app in writing (email is enough), that milestone is complete and is not refunded. • Bugs we introduced in delivered work are fixed at no charge during the warranty period stated in the quote (default: 30 days after handover). • Refunds do not apply to third-party costs already spent (domains, hosting, licences, stock, app-store fees) unless we charged them in error.
4. Digital movies, series, and video titles
• Refund within 14 days if you have not started streaming and have not downloaded the files. • After playback or download has started: no refund for change of mind. • File corrupt, missing episodes, or cannot be played on a normal current device: we replace the files or refund. • We do not refund because you dislike the story, acting, or quality of a title you chose to buy. • Bundles: refund only for items not yet accessed; accessed titles stay charged.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@itmix.gr with: • order number or invoice • email used at checkout • product or project name • reason
We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Banks may take several extra days to show the credit.
6. What we do not refund
• Change of mind after a custom pack has been generated • Change of mind after a movie/series has been played or downloaded • Change of mind after you accepted a website or web-app milestone • Briefs or briefs that ask for illegal content, or copies of third-party characters, trademarks, or copyrighted films • Problems caused by your device, plugin, or internet after valid files were delivered • Sale or promotional prices, unless the product is faulty • Third-party fees already paid on your behalf
7. EU / Greece consumer rights
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you keep the legal rights that apply to faulty digital content or services. This policy does not remove those rights.
8. Chargebacks
Email us first. We will replace, finish, or refund as above. A chargeback opened without contacting us first delays the solution and may affect the order.
